Products ship within 5 to 7 business days of receipt of order.
Returning Merchandise:
A-Better-Child.org must be notified by e-mail within 5 days after you receive your order should you want to return your merchandise. No returns after 30 days for any reason.
Please do not mail the merchandise back without first contacting, returns@A-Better-Child.org.
**DO NOT RETURN MERCHANDISE UNTIL WE HAVE GIVEN YOU THE RETURN AUTHORIZATION!**
RETURN POLICY FOR BIBLE PRODUCTS INCLUDING SOFTWARE!!
With the exception of certain items listed in paragraph (listed below), returns are allowed within the first 10 days after purchase. We will refund your purchase price, less shipping, and we charge no restocking fee providing the following conditions are met:
*For software all retail packaging and all package inserts and CD's must be returned in resellable condition. If the retail packaging is missing - we charge a 15% restocking fee. If manuals, books, CD's or other important parts of the product are missing, we may refuse to accept it back as a return.
Books must be returned unmarked in the original shipping box.

Returns are accepted:
1) If you are dissatisfied with the quality of the merchandise.
2) If the merchandise is defective.
Returns cannot be accepted if:
1) Your order was shipped out of the continental USA.
All fees for postage are the responsibility of the purchaser. All returns must be preauthorized. There may be a restocking fee of up to 15% on all returned merchandise. (No restocking fee on exchanges).

A-Better-Child.org is not responsible for any misrepresentation of products by the manufacturer or by it's distributors. The respective manufacturer provides pictures and descriptions.
Exchanging Merchandise:
We will accept almost all exchanges. Some reasons that will NOT ALLOW us to accept exchanges are:
1) Merchandise was ordered more than 30 days ago.
2) Merchandise was mishandled (broken) by the purchaser.
3) Merchandise is used or not in a resalable condition.
NOTE: All returns must contain all of the original packing material and in the original box in order to properly process your return.

Shipping Damage
Sometimes situations arise that are out of our control. Among the most common is damaged merchandise through shipping. In the case that your order, in whole or in part, is damaged by the carrier it has to be claimed with that carrier. We will replace defective merchandise but cannot be held liable for the actions of the freight carrier.
